MS in US ( VISA fraud by Consultancies)

Hi guys, was just going through a website edulix.com and came accross a article in financial section for visa application. Most of us are dependant on bank loans for financies and we need to show some liquid cash also for visa. Anyways one of my friend was telling me about the consultancies who arrange liquid cash in your bank account for some commision around 1-2%. And the people who cant arrange liquid cash can follow this path . But while going through edulix.com i came accross a article about fraud consultancies which i thought about sharing with you all.
